Cultivate Your Ability to Focus
Do you have trouble concentrating? Feel overwhelmed or stressed-out too often? Meditation can help, but when you’re already feeling overwhelmed, it’s hard to add a mindfulness class to your schedule. Now Dawn Mountain has a program for you!
Please join Claire Villarreal, PhD, for instructional videos of about five minutes each, longer meditations of 15-20 minutes, and tiny meditations of three to five minutes that fit easily into your daily schedule. The course covers one topic per week: self-kindness, connecting with the earth to ground your practice, letting the body support a calm mind, and cultivating your natural ability to rest the mind on an object.
By the end of the course, you’ll have four different types of techniques to help you focus your mind at work, at play, in your relationships–in your life.
