Dawn Mountain periodically offers Mindfulness programs for children, teens, and parents.

Kind Mind, Happy Life  Sundays from 11:00am to 12:00noon, offered in six-week modules, two or three times a year
A program for children ages 4-8

Mindful Discovery Sundays from 11:00am to 12:00noon, offered in six-week modules, two or three times a year
A program for children ages 9-12

Mindfulness for Young Adults  Occasional workshops
A program for high school students
