Episode 2:  In the opening teaching, Harvey tackles gratitude, opening with a reflection on the ways our habit patterns can obscure our ability to feel gratitude.  Then he brings in some reflections from a traditional Buddhist perspective–feeling gratitude for the good circumstances of our precious human life–as well as from a contemporary, psychological perspective–waking up from taking the good things in life for granted and cultivating a sense of satisfaction.
