Yoga for Meditators 9/17/17

yogaJoin us on Sundays at 9:30am for a gentle, all-levels yoga class designed to make sitting in meditation more comfortable for everyone.  We’ll stretch, balance and strengthen together, end with a delicious savasana, and have time for a cup of tea before meditation at 11:00am.

These classes are offered for free, with your generous donations graciously accepted–all to benefit Dawn Mountain
